What is nutritional therapy?

TO LIVE WELL is what we are aiming at, to optimise how we can support our body and mind through lifestyle and food.  After all, they are the building blocks and fuel for life: nutritional therapy is practiced within the framework of functional and lifestyle medicine: it is an evidence-based science.

HIGHLY TAILORED and HOLISTIC: Nutritional therapy is personalised around your circumstances, your constraints, your family. It takes into account your antecedents, your different symptoms and what may have triggered them. I look to identify the ROOT CAUSES behind your symptoms or health condition. As such there is no blanket approach, no one size fits all and yet we look at individuals in their entirety.

COMPLEMENTARY: I sit alongside your conventional medical team and work together in partnership for your health. This means that any program we design together will fit around your current medication, potential health condition or any medical advice from your GP/ specialist. Food, supplements and lifestyle advice is checked for any interaction or counter-indication. Safety is paramount.
